Passion Champignons

Devenez incollable sur les champignons et leur rôle dans la biodiversité avec une exposition et des animations proposées par la Société Mycologique de Rennes et l'association Pacific Planet.

Grâce à la champignonnière urbaine Amyco, découverte de quels sont les champignons qui peuvent être cultivés et comment les cuisiner.

Anouck Méléard-Soller, la cheffe de Bloom pop réalisera une démonstration de recettes à partir de délicieux champignons.

Atelier "Apprenez à cultiver vos champignons" avec Les champignons du pot : découverte des différentes méthodes de production (en sac, sur bûche, en extérieur et même via des arbres).

Ateliers de 45min, à 14h30, 15h30 et 16h30. 12 personnes, sur réservation sur ce lien
