Projet d'habitat participatif aux Halles en Commun (La Courrouze)

Réunion publique d'information, dans le cadre du premier programme immobilier annoncé sur le secteur des Halles en Commun.

Habiter autrement au coeur des Halles en Commun

Au coeur du projet des "Halles en Commun", un futur programme d'habitat participatif va associer environ une dizaine de foyers à la conception de leurs logements et d'espaces communs.

Ces espaces partagés, définis et gérés entre habitants, inviteront à de nouvelles manières d'habiter, ouvertes à la mutualisation, les rencontres et les liens de proximité.

Le secteur des "Halles en Commun" s'envisage comme un lieu d'expérimentation et d'innovation avec une attention particulière au réemploi de matériaux.

A proximité du programme d'habitat participatif, le site proposera la ré-habilitation des anciennes halles pour le développement d'activités de l'économie sociale et solidaire (ESS), une salle commune et des logements pour des foyers accompagnés par l'association Habitat&Humanisme.
